準都市計画区域等の変更に伴う説明会について（令和７年８月２８日開催）
Briefing session on changes to quasi-urban planning areas（Held on August 28, 2025）
『ニセコ積丹小樽海岸国定公園』区域について、令和７年４月 28 日にニセコ東急 グラン・ヒラフ周辺の見直し（縮小）案が示されました。これを踏まえ、倶知安町ではリゾートエリア の適切な土地利用を図ることを目的として、令和８年３月１日の施行を目標に、縮小予定区域において、準都市計画区域を一部拡大し、合わせて建築物のルール等を定めるべく、準備を進めています（拡大範囲は、裏面の赤と青のラインの範囲）。また、今回の変更に合わせて、センタービレッジ地区の建築物等の制限について一部見直しも行う予定です。
つきましては、現在検討している変更案について、以下のとおり説明会を開催します。
On April 28, 2025, a proposal was presented to review (reduce) the area around Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU in the Niseko-Shakotan-Otaru Coast Quasi-National Park.In light of this, Kutchan Town is preparing to expand the quasi-urban planning area within a portion of the quasi-national park scheduled for reduction, aiming to promote appropriate land use in the resort area. （The enlarged area is indicated by the red and blue lines on the map on the reverse.）Building regulations will also be established, with enforcement targeted for March 1, 2026. In addition, in conjunction with this change, we plan to review some of the restrictions on buildings, etc. in the Center Village Area. Therefore, we will hold an explanatory meeting regarding the proposed changes currently under consideration as follows.
つきましては、現在検討している変更案について、以下のとおり説明会を開催します。
