ニセコひらふ地区公共駐車場再整備に関する説明会
－Information Session on the Redevelopment of Public Parking Lots in the Niseko Hirafu District－
ニセコひらふ地区が劇的に変化していく中で、かねてより利用方法の変化や狭隘化により安全上の課題のあったニセコひらふ地区の公共駐車場について、今年度、再整備の計画である『ニセコひらふ地区シンボル空間整備基本計画（素案）』を町では取りまとめました。
来年度以降、官民連携での再整備を段階的に進める想定であり、スケジュールや整備内容に関する説明会を下記の通り開催します。
説明会は地域の方々や事業参画を検討する民間企業に向けた内容です。素案について、地域や企業の皆様との対話を進めることで、計画内容を深め、成案として参ります。

As the Niseko Hirafu district undergoes a dramatic transformation, the Town has finalized the “Master Plan for the Iconic Public Space in the Niseko Hirafu District (Draft)” this fiscal year.
This plan addresses long-standing safety concerns regarding the public parking lots, which have been impacted by shifting usage patterns and increasing congestion.
Starting next fiscal year, we plan to proceed with the redevelopment in phases through public-private partnerships.
Accordingly, we will hold an information session to discuss the project schedule and redevelopment details, as follows.
This session is intended for local residents and private companies considering participation in the project. By engaging in dialogue with the community and business stakeholders, we aim to further refine the draft and work toward its finalization.
