倶知安準都市計画区域変更及びひらふスキー場駐車場再整備に関する懇談会

今般、ニセコひらふ地区の国定公園区域（通称アッパーヒラフの上部）のラインが今後変更されるというパブリックコメントが環境省より出されました。これを受けて町では隣接する準都市計画区域の変更（拡大）を検討しており、このことについて地域の皆様と意見を交換する懇談会を下記の通り開催します。
また、今年度よりニセコひらふ地区ではひらふスキー場第２駐車場において水道施設整備が開始された関連から、スキー場駐車場の再整備も検討しており、これについてもあわせて意見交換を行いますので、ご参加ください。

The Ministry of the Environment has recently issued a public comment indicating that the boundaries of the quasi-national park area in the Niseko Hirafu District (commonly referred to as part of "Upper Hirafu") may be revised in the near future. In response, the town is considering changes (expansion) to the adjacent quasi-urban planning area. To exchange opinions with local residents on this matter, a public meeting will be held as outlined below.
In addition, due to the commencement of water infrastructure development at Hirafu Ski Resort’s Parking Lot No. 2 this fiscal year, the town is also considering a redevelopment plan for the ski resort parking facilities. This meeting will also serve as a forum for discussing that topic, and we encourage your participation.
